Chairs lined up in the lobby at Chapala City Hall were carefully spaced this week to help maintain social distancing for residents who came in to pay their 2022 property taxes.
A tent was also set up just outside the building’s entrance to seat overflow customers and avoid crowding indoors.
Implementation of an online payment system was still pending at press time.
