Former President Vicente Fox (2000-2006) is to convert his San Cristobal ranch in Guanajuato into a luxury hotel, his wife Marta Sahagun announced last weekend.
The hotel will have 18 rooms, a cinema, a piano bar and spa, the former First Lady revealed. The revenue generated from the hotel will go toward the Centro Fox non-profit association and the Vamos Mexico foundation run by Sahagun.
Sahagun also revealed that she and her husband hope to stage another massive concert in aid of their two organizations this year, having previously arranged concerts by Elton John and Carlos Santana.
