Traffic authorities seem to be loosing the battle with savvy entrepreneurs looking to cash in on drivers eager to avoid paying fines for speeding.
First came the micas – plastic covers that obscured license plates to make them unreadable to speed cameras.
Now comes “magic” spray that also obliterates the plate numbers for the cameras. Ingeniously, the spray allows the numbers to be read normally but makes them “white out” when photographed.
Of course, all these tactics are illegal and carry substantial fines if discovered by authorities, Needless to say, this minor point isn’t much of a deterrent to drivers who can’t resist putting their foot on the gas.
