Following a successful run in Chapala last fall, the exhibition “Recovering the Sacred Feminine” by Ajijic-based multidisciplinary artist Noris Binet has opened at the Ex Convento del Carmen in Guadalajara.
The show, which represents the culmination of Binet’s 40-year career exploring archetypal images and the transformative power of artistic creativity through symbolic surrealism, opened February 21 and will remain on display through April 26.
Admission is free, with visiting hours Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays until 2 p.m. at Avenida Juárez 612 in Guadalajara centro.
