Joining with Terry’s Tianguiz store of previously loved fashions, the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 7 in Chapala will stage the “Hot Looks for Cool Nights” fashion show on Thursday, November 8, 1:30 p.m. at the post.
The fashions will focus on sweaters, jackets and wraps in an astonishing range of sizes from the petite to the full-figured and everything in between.
The models will also come in all sizes, shapes and colors. The featured clothing will be available for sale, as will selected name brand items included in the Terry’s Tianguiz inventory. The ladies aren’t missing a trick. They’ll be showing off holiday fashions just in time for the season, sleepwear and men’s tropical print shirts at the event.Tickets are 120 pesos and available by advance purchase only. The ticket will get you a glass of wine, a go at the generous assortment of savory and sweet hors d’oeuvres, a party favor and a chance to win a gift basket of goodies. There will be a no-host bar.
Get your tickets at Post 7, Morelos 114 in Chapala or at Terry’s Tianguiz, Hidalgo 265-B (on the Carretera near the immigration office on the mountain side of the highway).
Terry’s Tianguiz is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Call Terry Canning-Steller at 765-2601 to reserve tables of eight or more.
Proceeds from the event will go to Cruz Roja Chapala and to the Ladies Auxiliary to help fund their various charitable activities.
