There will be a buffet dinner, dancing to an excellent group with the intriguing name of “Black Swan with Diamonds,” live and silent auctions and some surprises. You can bid on a week in a two-bedroom penthouse in the Turks and Caicos Islands, or go on a private tour for eight of the rebuilding site at Ground Zero. Tickets are 500 pesos and are available at Diane Pearl’s boutique on Colon and at Charter Club Tours, Plaza Montaña. Those who have already reserved their tickets can collect and pay for them at the main entrance to Riviera Alta on Wednesday, March 6 or Friday, March 8 from 10 a.m. to noon.
To find Rivera Alta go north on Revolucion from the Carretera (the Wednesday tianguis street), turn right and drive to the end of Lazaro Cardenas. You’ll see the Riviera Alta gatehouse on your left.
