St. Andrew’s Anglican

Three weeks ago the sermon at St. Andrew’s used characters from “The Wizard of Oz” to reflect on the visit of the Wise Men to the infant Jesus. This week Humpty Dumpty will be the guide. We’ll listen to what happened the day Jesus returned to His home town of Nazareth as the synagogue’s guest preacher on the Sabbath. We’ll hear the text from Isaiah, which Jesus used to refer to Himself, words about the healing of broken lives. The Rector’s sermon, “Nothing Broken Beyond Repair,” is a reflection on how Jesus’ sermon still speaks that powerful assurance. Worship at St. Andrew’s takes place at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., with a time of refreshment, welcome and fellowship in the Garden between the services. The Church is located at Calle San Lucas 19, just a block south of the Carretera in Riberas del Pilar.
