Head to Uruapan, Michoacán for the city’s Jazz Fest on Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29. Enjoy master courses, seminars, traditional food and drink, along with live music and dance at Uruapan’s renowned venues: Fábrica de San Pedro, Salón Los Telares, and Salón Caldera.
The sounding of the shofar, a trumpet made from a ram’s horn, heralds Rosh Hashanah. This ancient instrument’s cry serves as a call to repentance and a reminder to Jews that God is their king.
