Letters To The Editor - October 9, 2015
Dear Sir,
As a long time resident, I have always found Dale Hoyt Palfrey to be a balanced reporter.
Dear Sir,

Dear Sir,
I take umbrage at your headline regarding the shooting of Pepe Farinas in Ajijic. Your front page cruelly proclaims he was “... branded as dope dealer and pal of expats.”
Dear Sir,
Jalisco government officials should restrain from implementing regulations that affect the operation of innovative companies such as Uber and instead should provide new incentives to help traditional taxi owners improve their service.
Dear Sir,
I attended the 12:30 p.m. showing of “Ant Man” at Cinemas del Lago on Wednesday. The movie was in theater #4 which is upstairs. I sat four rows back from the front in the middle.
Dear Sir,
In Larry Friesen’s letter in last week’s Letters to the Editor column, he refers to an ad placed by Barbara’s Bazaar as “absurd“ that the Reporter “shamefully allowed themselves to publish.” “Money talks,” Mr. Friesen explains.
Dear Sir,
In the five, going on six years that I’ve lived at Lakeside I can’t remember a more profound and absurd ad such as the one from Barbara’s Bazaar that the Guadalajara Reporter shamefully allowed themselves to publish (I guess money talks).
Dear Sir,
Sitting at the bus stop directly in front of Walmart near Ajijic, I have seen a woman and a man wearing white uniforms walking briskly through traffic waiting for the light to change on the Carretera. Each person holds a large white can with a red cross on it. As they approach idling motorists, they engage the drivers presumably asking for donations.
