The Group A game schedule is:

WBSC Premier12 Group B games, featuring Japan, Chinese Taipei, Venezuela and Puerto Rico, take place in Taichung, Taiwan, and Group C games (Korea, Cuba, Australia and Canada) in Seoul, South Korea.

The WBSC announced last month that it will distribute US$5.2 million in prize money for this year’s event, marking a 40-percent increase over the inaugural edition in 2015.

Only a package of tickets for all six Group A games is currently available with a five-percent discount through the end of September. Cost: 1,672 pesos to 10,336 pesos (VIP). Purchases can be made at ticket offices at the Estadio Charros or online exclusively through Boletomóvil at boletomovil.com.

Although no announcement has been made, it is expected that tickets for individual games will go on sale in October.
