New York firm Thor Equities is investing 200 million dollars in a luxury new complex at Avenida Patria and Bulevar Puerta de Hierro. A 36-floor tower with a hotel, gym and offices will be surrounded by a commercial zone with stores and eateries. Construction is slated to begin in January 2015.
