Guadalajara’s emblematic arches (Los Arcos) are lit up in the colors of the French flag this week after terrorists slaughtered 129 people in coordinated attacks at several Paris locations on the evening of Friday, November 13.
Cities around the world illuminated their most famous public buildings and monuments to show solidarity with France and honor the victims. They included the One World Trade Center in New York, the Sydney Opera House, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, the CN Tower in Toronto, Tower Bridge in London and the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janiero.
