Canadian low-cost carrier Flair Airlines has announced the start of nonstop flights between Guadalajara and Toronto as of September 13, 2024.
The new route will be Flair’s second Canadian connection with the Jalisco capital, along with the GDL-Vancouver route, which was announced in November last year and begins on May 31. (The last time an airline offered service between Vancouver and the Mexican city was in 2004.)
The new YYZ-GDL route will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, leaving Toronto at 1:10 p.m. and arriving in Guadalajara at 4:30 p.m. After a quick turnaround, it will depart at 5:15 p.m. and land in the Ontario capital at 11:55 p.m.
