Mexican authorities February 3 detained Octaviano Juarez-Corro, who is on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. He had been on the run for the past 16 years.
Juarez-Corro is accused of the shooting deaths of two people at a Memorial Day picnic in Milwaukee in 2006. Three people were injured during the shooting, including his estranged wife.
Juarez-Corro had been on the FBI list for just five months before he was captured in Mexico.
