Centro Laguna improving for you/At Centro Laguna we are renewing ourselves.
Recently, in this newspaper in its Volume 60, Edition No. 30, Year LX which covers August 12 to 18, 2023, on the Cover and on page 10, speculations were spread about the shopping center “Centro Laguna Mall” located in the town of San Antonio Tlayacapan, Jalisco. This information was not official from the Administration of the Plaza and in addition is totally false and has led to moral, image and economic damage to the venue.
Therefore, the Administration of Centro Laguna, asserts the Right of Reply (Derecho de Replica) recognized in Article 6, first paragraph of the Political Constitution of the Estados Unidos de Mexico, in Article 14 of the American Convention on Human Rights; and in the Regulatory Law of the Article 6 of the Constitution.
It must be said that the information provided in this medium in the first paragraph of the story in the edition cited above is totally unfounded and has been provided unofficially. Therefore, said speculations have been modified over time and have assumed a reality that the people who have overseen disclosing said information are not aware of. This has not only caused serious damage to the company’s image through defamation, but also, affected active businesses by lowering their sales standards.
