The National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin) has approved 1.5 billion pesos to extend the new Guadalajara Airport BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) system to Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, according to a report by the Spanish-language daily, Mural.
Citing an interview with Governor Pablo Lemus, the media outlet detailed that the extension will continue along the Chapala Highway, past the turnoff to El Salto, before reaching the entrance to Ixtlahuacán.
