A favorite in recent years at Ajijic’s Sunday morning event, the Compañía de Ópera de Jalisco, founded in 2013, returns February 16, 10:30 a.m., for a performance of art songs of Mexico and Latin America, which is expected to once again leave the audience “in a haze of euphoria,” according to Lake Chapala Society organizer Margaret Van Every. 

Dave McIntosh directs Lakeside Little Theatre’s production of “My Fair Lady,” the award-winning story of a cockney flower girl transformed into an elegant lady.
