The American School of Guadalajara will host a Winter Celebration Wednesday, December 14, 5-7 p.m.
There will be traditional holiday music, tamales, bañuelos and hot chocolate. Traditional crafts and jewelry along with other Christmas gifts will be on sale, as well as books, with a special discount on Professor Michael Hogan’s best-seller “Abraham Lincoln and Mexico.”
Donations of men’s shoes (for FM4 migrants from Guatemala) will be accepted, as well as used books for children in local shelters. Proceeds from crafts and book sales will go to the school scholarship fund.
