Jaltepec hostelry school has a new head chef, Caty Llovet Abascal, who long-time Jaltepec sponsor Linda Buckthorp says is the best and most creative chef she’s ever worked with.
That should bode well for those who are looking forward to Jaltepec’s annual early Christmas fundraising dinners. These dinners are separate from the school’s scholarship drive and are held for the benefit of all the students enrolled at Jaltepec.
