As my last missive of this season what do I share? Do I talk about next season, this season or what’s coming up before June. How about a little of all that.
The artisan markets around the bay are magnificent, with the crown jewel being La Cruz Sunday market, straddled between the boats in the marina and the grand Bay of Banderas.
Depending on your idea of frolicking in the sun, folks visiting the Bay of Banderas may crave sunshine and margaritas or prefer getting out on the bay, going for hikes or visiting the hidden beaches. Whatever your idea of a great time, the North Bay has it all.
Fisherman and boaters were blessed by a priest on the beach in Bucerias on January 24. This is a longstanding annual tradition treasured by those who make their living on the sea.
Art in Abundance would be a good tag line for our beautiful North Bay. Art can be defined in many ways, I believe.
My favorite events of the season, year after year, are the giving events of which I was blessed to share in many.
