Society goes green

American Society (Amsoc) headquarters is proud to own a series of 16 new solar panels. The decision to invest in greener energy was initiated by society member Bruce Newby, who managed to arrange a fair price from panel company, Solarhouse.

Zapopan city hall has backtracked on its decision to cancel all 24 private concessions within the Parque Metropolitano, the largest park in the metro area.

City officials had closed all businesses operating in the park after a youngster walking with his parents was struck by a stray “bullet” from the “Gotcha” paintball concession.
