Quarter final action at the ATP Jalisco Open continued Thursday at the Telcel Tennis Center in Guadalajara.

Third seed Rajeev Ram of the United States defeated Daniel Muñoz de la Nava of Spain 7-6, 6-2, while Vasek Pospisil of Canada beat Marco Chiudinelli of Switzerland 6-4, 6-4. Ram (age 29, world ranked 112) faces Pospisil (age 22, world ranked 141) in Friday’s semi final at 6 p.m. Sunday’s doubles final is scheduled for 6 p.m.; the singles final is at 8 p.m.  Tickets are available at the gate.
