Zoo road works

Visitors to the Guadalajara Zoo should note that due to hydraulic concrete being laid on Calzada Independencia, the attraction is only accessible from the Periferico. Approach from the west and take the slip road (lateral) about 750 meters before the Periferico alongside the Planetarium.  Turn right just after the Planetarium (500 meters before the Periferico) on an unnamed road that will take you to the zoo entrance and car park.

Now the holidays have finished, the zoo goes back to its regular opening schedule of Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
