Representatives of all Lakeside-area charity organizations and non-profit groups are invited to attend a summit meeting to be held Wednesday, November 6, 1:30 p.m., at the Lake Chapala Society (LCS) gazebo.
The agenda for the encounter includes roundtable discussion on topics of common interest, such as a community events calendar, problem solving, networking, the LCS volunteer recruitment fair to be held next January, the potential for establishing a permanent volunteer bureau, and the role of the newly formed Lakeside Community Council.
In order to compile an updated general catalog of local organizations, each participating group is asked to bring a printed information sheet providing its mission statement, the name, phone number and email address of the president and website address if applicable.
