Thanksgiving dining options abound at Lakeside

Love turkey and all the trimmings? Lakeside is the place to be this U.S. Thanksgiving. Here’s a rundown of some the feasts being served up at local eateries.

American Legion Post Seven (Morelos 114, Chapala) Traditional U.S. Thanksgiving meal. Cocktails at 4 p.m. Dinner at 5 p.m. 150 pesos. Purchase tickets at Post Seven.

Bubba’s (on the highway in Riberas del Pilar) Turkey dinner from noon to 7 p.m. 331-319-6185 (cell).

Foliatti Casino (Centro Laguna) Three-course turkey dinner and a glass of wine starting at 6 p.m. 79 pesos.

Salvador’s (next to El Torito, Ajijic) Thanksgiving buffet served from noon to 6 p.m. Includes a glass of house wine, beer or margarita, iced tea or soft drink, coffee. 180 pesos. (376) 766-2301.
