Following her third and final report as honorary president of the local Family Development Agency (DIF),
departing Chapala First Lady Marisela Navarro Rodriguez shared the limelight with her soon-to-be successor Elizabeth Guzman Perez, wife of incoming mayor Javier Degollado.
Navarro’s presentation focused on upgrades she shepherded at DIF headquarters to improve the quality of social services the agency provides to underprivileged sectors of the community.
