Cruz Roja spreads the word

Chapala Cruz Roja volunteer Tinker Lafata distributes magnets with the Red Cross emergency phone number to Children’s Art Camp participants and their instructor Rodrigo Zulouga during the program sponsored by the Lake Chapala Society and the Ajijic Society of the Arts. The magnets are part of information kits to be made available at a September workshop (see upcoming ad in this newspaper).

Chapala Country Club sponsors first-aid training for staff

Staffers at the Chapala Country Club and the Vista del Lago homeowners association are now well prepared to come to the rescue in medical emergencies after completing a course in advanced first-aid techniques conducted by Cruz Roja Chapala. 

Summer camp concludes in San Juan Cosala, Ajijic
