The non-profit Lakeside Assistance Group (LAG), which has successfully imported millions of dollars’ worth of firefighting and emergency response equipment from Canada, is holding its semiannual pancake breakfast Saturday, December 10, 9 a.m. to noon at the Tobolandia Water Park. 

The Lakeside Garden Guild presented its 2016 Floral Design Show, “Cirque de Fleurs,” at an invitation-only afternoon event November 18.

For more than 15 years, St. Andrew’s Anglican Church has been grateful for the lakeside community’s generous support of its annual Regalorama bazaar through donations, volunteering and attendance. 

Around 50 people braved a chilly and rainy evening November 12 to dine on an East Indian feast at a fund-raiser for the Niños de Chapala and Ajijic (NCA) scholarship organization, one of the oldest charity groups at Lakeside.
