An investigation by Spanish-language daily Mural revealed this week that the average customer spends 18 minutes, 29 seconds waiting in line every time they go to a bank in the Guadalajara metropolitan area. The longest average wait was found to be 19 minutes, 47 seconds in Banorte, while the shortest wait in the survey of six banks was 16 minutes, two seconds in Scotiabank.
