Under its G20 presidency, Mexico has promised to continue the dialogue on employment and social affairs and has identified several priorities for next week’s meeting.
These include identifying the policies and programs that ensure the necessary conditions for the creation of quality jobs – especially green jobs – for youth and effective school-to work transitions.Minsters will also discuss the need to secure fair transitions of workers, labor market policies and social protections that should accompany structural transformations of the economy.
