Guadalajara Mayor Pablo Lemus (center) welcomed David Rutley (right), the United Kingdom’s Minister to the Americas and Caribbean, and the U.K. Ambassador to Mexico Jon Benjamin to the Municipal Palace (city hall) this week.
As one of 15 selected cities for the UKAID program, Guadalajara and the U.K. are currently collaborating on two pilot projects involving the creation of Low Emission Zones and energy efficiency in public buildings.
