The Orquesta Metropolitana de Guadalajara will perform four free concerts in Guadalajara under the baton of director Rodrigo Sierra Moncayo.
Venues and times reported last week have changed to the following: The orchestra will play pieces by Corelli, Vivaldi, Piazzolla and Haydn on Friday, December 22 at the majestic Santuario de la Virgen de Guadalupe temple, at Av. Alcalde 545 in Guadalajara’s historic center at 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 23, 7 p.m. at Foro Larva on the corner of Juarez and Ocampo. Friday, December 29, the orchestra will perform Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 “Titan” at Foro Larva at 7 p.m. and Saturday, December 30 at the Centro Cultural Constitucion in Zapopan at 8 p.m.
