The first one-day Art in the Garden show of this season will be held on Saturday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the gardens of the Lake Chapala Society.
There’s free admission with ample parking on the lake front. Profits from the artist participation fees will benefit the LCS community outreach programs.
The show will cover the entire LCS grounds front and back – the back part is even larger than the front part. Please explore, or you might miss part of the exhibition.
LCS art shows are not restricted to members of art groups, but exhibit art from all artists, and provide a venue for local Mexican artisans and artists who do not normally have opportunities to sell their work.
More than 60 craftspeople showing a variety of fine art and handicrafts, as well as the LCS Children’s Art Program will be selling original art and art cards featuring the kids’ work (including their highly-anticipated Christmas cards!).
This show follows on the heels of our first show of the season, the two-day LCS Art Fair held on October 13 and 14. This exhibition was a huge success, with over 725 attendees over the two days. We expect this show to be equally successful.
