Cesar Aguilar and his wife Yady who operate Cesar’s Landscaping Service and Yady’s Succulent Plant and Home Cleaning Service are people who give back to the lakeside area and are thus recognized as “Difference Makers.”
Cesar is a Chapala native who received a degree in horticulture and plant science from the Universidad de Guadalajara. The couple are married with two young boys. Both Cesar and Yady speak English. They donate ten percent of their landscaping, artificial grass installations and home cleaning services to their customers’ charity of choice.
They said that the expat community has been their main source of income since the inception of their business in 2015 and also a great support to their family in dealing with the autism that affects their youngest boy.
Says Cesar: ”Because the community has been so good to us, we wanted to give back to the community and practice love your neighbor as you love yourself.”
