An employee of a local telecommunications service company was hit with an electrical shock Thursday, October 26 while doing wiring work on a pole located in the vicinity of El Tempisque on the Ajijic stretch of the Jocotepec-Chapala highway.
The young cable guy suffered various burns which he survived thanks to the prompt arrival of paramedics who transported him to an emergency health care facility for treatment.
