Patricia Moran is the founder and director of CreSer, a non-profit Mexican NGO that supports efforts to bring about positive change in the indigenous villages east of Chapala.
She recently received the Anonymous Heroes Award from the Fundacion Honris Causa Internacional for her leadership in the Kids Kitchen and despensa pantry supply program funded by FoodBank Lakeside, as well as spearheading the CreSer Rancho model for growing pesticide-free foods and the distribution of free medicines to people in need.
