Around 70 members of the Toluca chapter of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) motorcycle club roared into Chapala Friday, January 19 on the first leg of the three-day Open Road tour of Jalisco destinations.
Highlights of the HOG’s overnighter in Chapala included a welcome meet-up with local bikers, lunch at La Floresta’s Hotel Real, catching a magnificent sunset on Lake Chapala’s landscape, and the morning-after breakfast at Yves’ Restaurant in Ajijic. From there they set off for a visit to Tequila and a final night in Guadalajara before the Sunday return ride home.
