Border delays

The amount of time it takes to cross the U.S.-Mexican border is set to rise as a result of the spending cuts which came into effect in the United States recently.

Mexico’s Department of Foreign Affairs released a statement last Sunday declaring that it had been informed by the U.S. government that a cut in the number of immigration officials at border checkpoints means it will take longer to cross from south to north.
