Anti-graffiti theory proved wrong?
Taggers in Guadalajara are challenging theorists who suggest that community murals painted on public wall space will be respected. After less than a year, these attractive murals on the exterior walls of the Mezquitan cemetery have become free game for the city’s graffiti ‘artists.’
