Rain, thunder, and plenty of man-made commotion are the hallmarks of traditional festivities that liven up life in various lakeside communities throughout the month of June.

The American Society of Jalisco (AMSOC) has announced the final appearance of Guadalajara resident Michael Hogan, a historian and poet who has presented at the venue for 30 consecutive years.
