‘Where Europe meets Asia’

The natural diversity, cultural heritage, architecture and modern development of the Eurasian country of Kazakhstan is being showcased in a series of 26 large photographs on display along the wide pedestrian divider of Avenida Chapultepec, an area often referred to as Guadalajara’s “Zona Rosa.”


Crime falling, governor boasts

Jalisco Governor Enrique Alfaro took to social media this week to pat himself and his administration on the back after the most recent data from the National Public Security System showed, in his words, “the lowest crime rates in a long time.”
