Live from the Met
The New York Met presents a simulcast of Tchaikovsky’s “Eugene Onegin.” Pushkin’s timeless novel is presented on the Met stage in Deborah Warner’s moving production, starring the great Anna Netrebko as Tatiana and Mariusz Kwiecien and Peter Mattei sharing the title role. Alexey Dolgov sings the role of Lenski, and Robin Ticciati conducts.
A handful of legendary entertainers will headline the first “Grooves & Blues” International Blues and Afro-American Music Festival, to be held at the Foro Calle 2 en Zapopan on Saturday, April 29.
The Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra (JPO), directed by Canadian Marco Parisotto, will perform three concerts in Germany later this month.
