Cab drivers and merchants from a technology mall clashed in the Guadalajara city center Tuesday when a protest against new regulations governing the Uber taxi service spiraled out of control. 

Guadalajara’s Municipal Palace and Mexico City’s iconic Angel de la Independencia will turn green on Thursday, March 17 to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
