Having struggled in their debut season in Mexico’s Pro Basketball League (LNBP), the Osos de Guadalajara have fired their coach and their three U.S. players, replacing them immediately.
Jeff Moore, considered one of the best players in LNBP history, was named as the new coach this week, while the three U.S. stars filling the Bears’ allocation for foreign players will be Jelany McCoy, a former NBA champion with the Lakers; Jamal Sampson, another NBA veteran; and Nicholas Stallings, who previously played in China and Venezuela.
