The Charros de Jalisco went into Thursday’s third playoff game against the Cuiliacan Tomateros all square at 1-1 in the best-of-seven series.

Games four and five will be played at the Charros home field in Zapopan on Friday (8 p.m.) and Saturday (6:15 p.m.), before the final two encounters in Culiacan (if needed).  The Charros lost a tight opener By a 1-2 margin in the series opener on January 1 in Sinaloa.  They tied the series in the second game the following evening, coming back from 0-2 down to register four runs in the last five innings, without reply.  Full houses are anticipated for the team’s three home first-round playoff games.
