Game seven may have been the Holy Grail for the Dodgers, but it was heartbreak for the Astros de Jalisco basketball team.

The Astros came up short in the National Professional Basketball League (LNBP) semifinals against the Diablos de México City — meaning the country’s most prestigious title still eludes the Guadalajara-based team.

Invincible in the CIBACOPA Pacific Coast League, the Astros just can’t seem to get it done in the LNBP. Nonetheless, their supporters never gave up hope, as the raucous full houses at the final two semifinal games held in the Astros Arena last week demonstrated.
