The Astros de Jalisco, the current Pacific Coast Basketball Circuit (Cibacopa) champions, are representing Mexico in the 2025-26 Basketball Champions League Americas (BCLA), the premier club competition organized by FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Americas.
This season runs from December 10, 2025, through April 2026 and features 12 elite clubs from across the continent, divided into four groups. The Astros will be among the underdogs, with powerhouses Flamengo (Brazil), Boca Juniors (Argentina) and Instituto (Argentina) the clear favorites.
The Astros find themselves in Group A alongside two formidable Colombian squads: Paisas Basketball Club from Medellín and Caimanes del Llano from Villavicencio.
