Open Circle

David Ellison  presents “Replacing Dogmas with Core Values” at the next gathering of Open Circle, Sunday, June 30, 10:30 a.m. in the garden of the Lake Chapala Society.

In March 2024, Ellison gave a talk at Open Circle, “From Dogma to Existentialism: Creating My Personal Credo.” As usual, he ran out of time (he is never at a loss for words, especially around an open mic!) and cut the final (and, in retrospect, most important) part of his presentation. In this follow-up musing, Ellison will elaborate on how he gradually replaced his core beliefs with core values; and how much happier and more at peace with himself and the world he has become as a result.
