The Mexico-Germany Business and Industry Chamber (Camara Mexicano-Alemana de Comercio e Industria) has opened an office in Guadalajara.
The chamber, which began operations in Mexico City in 1929, has 670 affiliated Mexican and German businesses.
Although the state government estimates around 100 enterprises in Jalisco are reliant on German capital, only nine are affiliated with the chamber.
