XMAS CRAFTS MARKET- Craftsmen and women from all over Jalisco will install some 50 booths in the huge Plaza de las Americans in Zapopan (the one facing the Basilica)

between Thursday, November 11 and Monday, November 15, offering hundreds of Christmas-related adornments and pieces. The Christmas crafts market will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

APPOINTMENTS FOR FLU SHOTS – Appointments for free influenza vaccinations for pregnant women, children under the age of six, people with chronic health conditions, and everyone over the age of 60, can now be made through the vacunacion.jalisco.gob.mx website. The shots will be administered at the Auditorio Benito Juarez in Zapopan and the Centro Administrativo Tlajomulco (CAT). Open to all residents of the state. Free “walk-in” flu shots are also available at Jalisco Health Department (SSJ) clinics, as well as IMSS facilities.
